I know the hurricane effort is more important... (I will actually be helping that out, too - I'll be working at Perimeter Mall in Atlanta, helping out the Salvation Army with sorting items for the Q100 Bert Show School Supply Project today - this is a project where people are donating school supplies and gift cards in leiu of new clothes for the 7,000+ children relocated to Atlanta area schools who have NOTHING, thanks to Hurricane Katrina.). Anyway, I figure I'd ask...

I am walking with the Q100 Bert Show team for the Atlanta 2-Day Walk for Breast Cancer - this a 2-day long, 30-mile walk, and is in support of the Susan J. Komen Breast Cancer Fund... I have until Friday to accept donations, so I figured I'd ask for a last-minute donation to this great cause. The requirement is $1,000, and I'm only up to $145! I am really excited about participating in this event this weekend! It's going to be a lot of fun, and definitely very rewarding!
